Who sends these messages

Cloud10 Solutions LLC (trading as Get Booked HQ) builds and hosts websites for small local service businesses — barbershops, salons, pet groomers and similar. When you book an appointment on one of those websites, we send the reminder on that business's behalf. Every message names the business you booked with.

How you opt in

On the booking form, after choosing a service and a time, you enter your own details. Beside the phone field there is a checkbox — unticked by default. You opt in by ticking it yourself. It reads:

☐ Text me about this appointment — a confirmation, reminders, and a notice if it changes. Up to about 5 messages per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms & Privacy.

Consent is not required to book. Leaving the box unticked changes nothing about your appointment — you simply get your reminder by email instead.

What you receive, and how often

A confirmation when your appointment is booked.
One or more reminders before it — the business chooses when, commonly the day before and again an hour ahead, up to four in total.
A message if the business reschedules or cancels your appointment.

That is all — up to about five messages per appointment, and fewer for most. We never send marketing, offers or promotions to this number.

These are plain SMS text messages. We do not send MMS — no images, video or attachments — and no message contains a link.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at cloud10solutionsllc24@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The consent checkbox appears on the booking form of every site we host, once a service and time are selected — for example on this booking page: choose a service, choose a time, and the checkbox is shown beneath the phone field.

Terms and privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. Numbers are used only to send the reminders described above for the business you booked with.
